Organizing Interview Notes
I am working on a psychology report based on several interviews, and I have more notes than I expected. I am struggling to decide which answers are important and how to group them. While searching for ideas, I found Report writing assistance, but I want to understand the process myself. Should I group interview answers by common themes or discuss each person separately? How do you choose useful points without leaving out important information? I would appreciate suggestions from anyone who has written a report using interview data.

My weekly workload has grown, and writing website text keeps getting pushed to the end of my list. I enjoy planning topics, but turning every idea into finished copy takes more time than expected. That is why I have started thinking about whether to outsource copywriting instead of doing everything myself. I would still want control over the final tone and message. Has anyone done this successfully, and how did you keep the writing consistent with your own style?
